about green as the national color of Ireland, and did several
activities involving the color green, including a tasting of some
green foods. After the tasting, we graphed our favorite foods.

Classroom 8 has been very busy discovering spring. We've taken

leaves
on the trees. There were trees with pink blossoms, white
blossoms
and buds of many colors. We also looked around and saw many
types
of flowers growing including daffodils, tulips, pansies, and
various herbs.

other

recognize their
name, to reading other children's names and on favorit... [More]

Spring has sprung in classroom 13! We are loving the warmer

welcome to this new season was in order, so we used our visual-
spatial and fine motor skills to create a life size interactive
poster using Braille ( a language that helps us communicate with
those who can not see ) to say " Welcome Spring!" In class we
have b... [More]
FEATURED CLASSROOM: No. 14
Ms. Waugh and Mrs. Germany-Wald
Where has the time gone? It's hard to believe that our little
ones will be leaving us very soon. We have enjoyed seeing how
much each child has grown. So far, the year has been a great
deal of fun and very productive. A great combination!
We have just completed a unit on land transportation. During
this unit the children visited our neighboring parking garage,
observed and then t... [More]

children have added their unique version of their favorite sea
creatures. On Fridays we have been making our own "under the
